Services

Hamilton Center, Inc. provides a wide range of services to meet the needs of Marion County residents.

Intensive Outpatient Program
Hamilton Center’s Drug and Alcohol Intensive Outpatient Program is a court-approved treatment program that meets the requirements for employee assistance programs and employer referred treatment. The program’s individualized design also works well for self-referred clients.

Classes are based on individualized treatment plans to meet each person’s specific needs in a group setting. The program has a revolving format which allows the client to begin at any time. Day and evening sessions are available.

Outpatient Services
Individual, family or group therapy can be provided as the only course of treatment, or in conjunction with more intensive treatment options such as partial hospitalization services or intensive outpatient programs. Mental health and addiction services are provided for children, adolescents and adults.

Residential Services
Hamilton Center, Inc. provides residential services to adults with serious mental illnesses in need of longer term care. Services include a 24-hour supervised group home, semi-independent living, and supported living arrangements.

Partial Hospitalization Services
Intensive day treatment programs for persons with serious mental illnesses are provided. These programs focus on activities that take place in natural settings within the community. Emphasis is placed on the development of functional, practical and useable skill to help consumers become independent in their homes and communities.

In addition, Hamilton Center offers a more structured partial hospitalization program located on the north side of Indianapolis. This site-based, medical model program focuses on illness management, crisis planning, relationship management, living skills, personal care skills, and role functioning.

Psychiatric Services
Psychiatrists are available to provide evaluations, consultations, and medication management services.

Case Management Services
Case management services are an important part of treatment, providing a link to community resources and assisting the consumer in living in the community as independently as possible.

24-Hour Crisis Services
We are on-call 24 hours a day for those people needing emergency treatment.

Inpatient Services
Hamilton Center, Inc. operates a 16-bed inpatient unit located at the corporate office in Terre Haute. We also refer to other inpatient service providers in the State of Indiana.
